Joyo Digitama Solusi provides:

• Custom software development services
• Industrial IoT solutions and monitoring systems
• SaaS products including FactNow Andon monitoring system
• Cloud-based applications and platforms
• Technical support and maintenance services
• Consulting and system integration services

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you provide to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Custom Development

For custom software development projects, intellectual property ownership will be specified in separate project agreements or statements of work.

Payment and Billing

Payment terms for our services:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Custom development projects follow agreed payment schedules
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice

Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We provide:

• 99.9% uptime target for SaaS services
• Regular maintenance windows with advance notice
• Technical support during business hours
• Emergency support for critical issues
• Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. For industrial IoT data:

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel
• Data retention policies are clearly defined
• You maintain ownership of your operational data
• Data portability options are available upon request

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joyo Digitama Solusi shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Third-party actions or content
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joyo Digitama Solusi from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Immediately for non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and we will provide data export options for a reasonable period.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
